It's time to code and chew bubble gum. And I'm all out of gum.
I have been fascinated with computers and its creative potential ever since my family first owned a Macintosh Classic that I was using too when I was only 4 years old. My creative background began when I was around 10 years old when I was fooling around with Microsoft PowerPoint '97 for creating what was similar to Flash videos, and when I was building my own Duke Nukem 3D maps with its level editing tool.
After finishing high school, I made the mistake of favoring going to do a prestigious field in university rather than pursuing my passions. When it didn't work out, however, I was able to get back on track by leaving my studies early and attending a paid PHP programming course. It was that that had kickstarted my journey to become a web programmer who would find joy in creating web applications for the betterment of mankind ;)
Today I live in London working at LifeWorks developing a Social Networking web application for companies where colleagues can give recognitions to each other for any positive contribution they have done within the company, giving colleagues motivation to contribute more to a more fun and joyful work experience.
I am a geeky anime fan that also enjoys going out for drinks and fooling around. Work-wise I aim to be punctual when discussing tickets, and I put effort into commenting the code to make it easier for other programmers to understand what's going on. I'm very open to new technologies, and I always keep up with the trends by reading lots of blog articles and Reddit feeds related to web development.
